We ship Mind Lab Pro® fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.
Shipping
All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day, depending on the time we receive the order. If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, then it will be sent out on the next normal working day.
All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are as given to us by the shipping companies. All timings are estimates. Parcels can unfortunately be delayed for many reasons, please check your tracking number with the courier and allow 72 hours before contacting us.
USA and Canada
If you live in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) or Canada your order will be sent out by USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL from one of our depots in the USA.
Orders made before 2pm Eastern Time (EST or EDT depending on time of year) will be despatched the same day. Orders made after 2pm Eastern Time will be despatched the next shipping day.
For mainland USA we have two options:
Standard Mail expected delivery time: 3 – 10 working days
Express Mail expected delivery time: 2 - 4 working days
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Expected delivery time: 5 - 10 working days
Orders to Canada
Expected delivery time: 5 - 12 working days

If you live in the UK, your order will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked or DPD Next Day from our depot in the UK.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 2 - 3 working days
DPD expected delivery time: 1 working day

Europe
If you live in the EU, your order will be shipped with UPS or DHL from our depot in Europe.
Orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. Orders made after 2pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.

Expedited delivery expected delivery time: 2 – 4 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 1 - 3 working days

Australia and the rest of the world
Parcels going to Australia and the Rest of the World will be shipped from our depot in the UK by international tracked airmail or DHL Courier.
TrakPak expected delivery time: 5 - 20 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 2 – 6 working days
TrakPak orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. TrakPak orders made after 2pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be despatched the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be despatched the next shipping day.
Returns
Unused and unwanted items
If you’ve ordered something by mistake, or changed your mind, then returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Simply contact our friendly customer support team here within 14 days of receiving your order.
They will give you the appropriate address, and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. You will have to pay for return postage and when we get the items back we will inspect it and issue you a refund, less our shipping costs. This process can take a couple of days and refunds can take anything up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note, if you have purchased more than a 12 month supply, or have deliberately contravened our terms and conditions in relation to reselling, then your order will fall under our wholesale returns policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. This gives you time to use a whole bottle and assess your results
- You must supply your full name, address and order number with any return
- You will be refunded to the source of your original payment, minus the shipping costs
If you don't follow these guidelines we cannot track and process any return and we may not be able to refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

MLP® v4.0 has been subjected to rigorous double-blind, placebo-controlled human trials. Conducted by the University of Leeds in the UK.
The first study was conducted independently and published in the Biomedical Journal of Scientific & Technical Research. A peer-reviewed publisher of ground breaking innovation and research.
A second study - funded by Performance Lab® Group (MLP® parent company) focused on memory. It has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication in Human Psychopharmacology: Clinical and Experimental.
A third study is in preparation stage, which will utilize EEG brain mapping technology.
